Pineapple sorbet

500 g of soy yogurt with fruit-300 g of peeled and diced pineapple-60 ml lemon juice-50 g sugar
In a blender, add yogurt, pineapple, lemon juice and sugar. Stir for one minute at high speeds, up to dissolve the sugar.
Pour into a pan from freezer and let it freeze, stirring occasionally. Remove from freezer about 20 minutes before serving.
