Per person: 100 grams of lentils-1 shallot-a bay leaf-vegetable lock nut-olive oil
1) allow to soak the lentils for a few hours.
2) boil some water.
3) finely slice the shallots and sauté in a little oil in a pan.
4) drain the lentils from the soaking water and, when the shallots are wilted, place them in the Pan and let them cook for a few seconds.
5) add the Middle nut and boiling water, without completely covering the lentils. Cook over low heat until cooked (about 10/15 minutes). If you need to finish cooking, add some hot water, but far enough to have dry lentils are finished cooking. If necessary, season with a little salt.
