Carrot sauce (for salad)

1 small carrot, 100 gr. 1 jar of tofu, soy yogurt, salt, 1 pinch of paprika or chili powder, 1 tablespoon oil, grapefruit juice
Put in Blender that bit of grapefruit juice that can be drained from the slices, add a small carrot cut into small pieces, 100 gr. tofu, a soy yogurt, salt, a pinch of paprika or chili powder, and possibly a spoonful of oil. Blend for a few seconds until obtaining a cream not too homogeneous.
