Artichokes with tofu (2)

3 or 4 artichokes, oil, salt, 1 or 2 heads red chicory salad, 200 grams of tofu, 100 gr. black olives, toasted bread
Clean three or four fairly large raw artichokes, remove the outer leaves, cut off the ends at a height of approximately 2/3 of the artichoke, then cut them into quarters and eliminate even finer tips that stand in the middle and could "feel" more than the eye. Then slice fairly thin and season immediately with salt and oil to prevent them from becoming black. Mix Artichoke and radicchio and serve immediately with toast.
