2 carrots, 1 apple, 50 g tofu, 1 tbsp raisins, lettuce, olive oil, salt, lemon
Prepare two carrots finely grated peeled apple, a not too and diced, 50 g tofu, diced very small, one tablespoon of raisins washed in hot water, drained and dried.
Mix together and serve on lettuce leaves, drizzled with oil, salt and lemon cream sauce or soy.
