Pasta with potatoes and beans

500 g pasta (penne or macaroni, pipe)-1 can of beans (preferably borlotti beans)-500 g potatoes-4 cloves of garlic-olive oil- aromatic salt -pepper-a small handful of chopped fresh parsley or a sprinkling of dried


Clean and cut the potatoes into small cubes, you make steaming until ammirdibidirle.
Meanwhile cooking the pasta and prepare the sauce with a few tablespoons of oil and the finely chopped garlic, you sear as it tends to burn with ease.
Now add the boiled potatoes and beans rinsed and drained.
Add salt and pepper to taste and stir thoroughly the whole thing by leaving it on the stove for a few minutes.
Season the pasta with the sauce obtained just drained.
On each plate, add some finely chopped fresh parsley or a sprinkling of dry (in the latter case it is preferable to mix directly to the sauce with potatoes and beans).
