Grilled tomatoes

4 tomatoes, 4 tablespoons bread crumbs, 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional) 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, black pepper, sugar-herbs (choose from basil, oregano, marjoram, dill or parsley)
Cut the base of each tomato (stem side), remove and let drain until use. Cut the pulp extracted into small cubes and mix with the breadcrumbs, garlic and herbs.
