1 package puff pastry vegan
jam of your choice
a couple of vegan cookies
2 or 3 apples
Line a cake tin with the dough and roll out the bottom leaf pack a thin layer of jam and cookie crumbs.
Peel the apples, cut them into slices about 1/2 cm thick, place them into the pan and bake at 250° C for 25-30 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
Try it also with pears: it is exquisite!
