Ingredients

200 grams of tofu, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon shoyu or tamari (are two slightly different types of soy sauce), 2-3 tablespoons water, 1 clove of garlic or a small onion, and then either parsley or basil, capers or olives (green or black)--1 cup soft bread crumbs (optional)-cereal-oil

Instructions

First prepare the tofu cream mix all the ingredients, then mix with a cup of cooked grains like couscous or millet, mordidi or bulgur, or oatmeal soaked in broth, meatballs and get crushed, to be passed in breadcrumbs and then lightly brown for a few minutes in the oven or in a pan lightly oiled.
You will get a second dish very appetizing.
