Boil the rice in salted water.
Apart stir-fry with oil, onion, garlic, cashews and all the spices.
Add the okra cut into washers, the tomato cut into small pieces, adjust salt and cook at least 10 minutes, adding water if necessary because the okra, being gelatinous, tends to dry. Add the raisins.
Pour into it the boiled rice.
Plate, add spoonfuls of yogurt at the last moment.
