Apple pie

1 apple
100 g wholemeal flour
50 g rice flour
50 g coconut or cane sugar
1/2 sachet of tartar cremor
1 cup of sunflower oil coffee
100 g vegetable drink of soy or oats
In a bowl mix the flours, sugar and tartar cremor, then add the oil, vegetable drink and finely the sliced apple.
Put the mixture in a baking tray or molds, as you like, and bake at 180°C in a static oven for about 20-25 minutes. Before churning out, always take the stick test.
