Banana bread

- 2 bananas
- 220 ml vegetable milk
- 250 flour (also wholemeal for a more rustic dessert)
- 5 dates
- 20 ml seed oil
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30 g dark chocolate chips
Blend 1 banana with the dates and milk.
Add oil, yeast, flour, a pinch of salt and chocolate chips.
Mix well and pour into a previously ated plum cake pan.
Garnish with the other banana cut into strips.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes (always do the stick test before churning).
PS: variant, which I will try shortly, replacing the chocolate chips with raisins or chopped nuts... or all together, why not?!
