- half a litre natural soy milk
- okara
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- salt
Today I advanced some okara, but instead of making bread or meatballs, I wanted a semolina-like cream, so I invented this.
Put the soy milk on the heat and, as soon as it takes the boil, add the okara, rice flour to thicken and salt, stirring well with a whisk.
At preferred density reached, turn off and taste this cream, which will taste more or less sweet, according to which okara you use (I nuts and cashews: in this case it is also a gluten-free recipe ;-) ).
PS: The doses are indicative, it depends on whether you prefer more or less dense.
