Seitan curry scallops

For 4 people:
400 g of seitan
flour
oil
1 onion
vegetable cream
curry
salt
pepper
Finely chop the onion, brown it in a little oil, add the curry and vegetable cream.
Cut the seitan into slices as thin as possible, flour it and add it to the pan, salting it slightly.
Let thicken the cream.
Place a sprinkle of pepper.
Really fast and tasty!!
P.s. : If you want you can add white wine and let it evaporate, or lemon juice or a spice to your liking!
