Baked potatoes

For 4/6 people: 1 kg of potatoes-olive oil-salt-pepper-Rosemary-Sage
Cut potatoes into wedges and place them in a baking pan previously greased with a little oil. Sprinkle with a little olive oil, add salt and add a few sprigs of Rosemary, some Sage leaves and a sprinkling of pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven and cook for about an hour at 180° C, stirring them occasionally.
