Green spelt croquettes

For 4 people: approximately 150 gr. boiled green spelt, 1 boiled potato, 2 tablespoons of grated celeriac, 1 grated carrot, 1 small onion, finely chopped, chopped 1 teaspoon Marjoram, 1 bay leaf, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, a pinch of nutmeg, a little whole wheat flour, olive oil
Boil the Green spelt (about an hour by regular pot, 20-30 min in pressure cooker) and place in a bowl with peeled potato, other vegetables and flavorings.
Add the minced Laurel, nutmeg and a little whole wheat flour until the mixture is the consistency suitable for making meatballs.
Grease with oil a baking dish, lay the meatballs, drop by over a little olive oil and place in a preheated oven at medium temperature. Simmer 15 minutes and then turn the patties and rimettele in the oven for a further 15 minutes.
