Kiwi pudding

500 ml soy milk, preferably with vanilla
500 g kiwis
1 teaspoon of agar agar powder
2 tablespoons agave syrup
Heat soy milk with a teaspoon of agar agar powder in a saucepan.
Let it simmer on low heat a couple of minutes from when it begins to boil, then turn off.
Add the agave syrup and the kiwis, peeled and cut into small pieces, then mix everything together.
Pour into individual dessert bowls and refrigerate for a few hours.
Before serving, garnish each bowl with a few pieces of kiwi.
