Ingredients

50 g of oat flakes

300 ml of warm water + 500 ml cold water

sucanat or other natural sweetener of your choice: cereal malt, agave syrup or maple

whole sea salt
 

Instructions

Soak corn flakes in the warm water for about 30 minutes.

Blend all the ingredients by adding a natural sweetener, a pinch of sea salt and 2 cups of cold water, blend again for a few minutes, strain and store in a bottle.
