Mixed raw vegetables with vinaigrette

Ingredients for each person
2 small carrots
1 stick of celery
.5 peeled cucumber
.5 yellow pepper
.5 red pepper
1 tomato
2 radishes
fennel .25
3 or 4 salad leaves radicchio (red chicory)
extra virgin olive oil

Cut carrots into sticks, stripped of wires inside the celery, cut into strips the cucumber, chopped peppers, chopped tomato and pitched the fennel into wedges, leave whole and broken leaves radicchio radish.
