Strips of crispy seitan with lemon

300 g seitan unflavoured
1 organic Lemon
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried herbes de Provence
a few tablespoons of breadcrumbs
extra virgin olive oil
Cut the seitan into strips and place in a baking pan.
Grate the rind of the lemon and pour it over the seitan with lemon juice, soy sauce and herbs of Provence.
Mix well, cover and let rest for at least an hour, so that all the flavors can blend well with each other.
Spent Marinating time stir the seitan and roll them in the breadcrumbs, then FRY the strips of seitan in a pan with a little oil (taking care not to burn the surface) and serve hot with a side of vegetables to taste.
