Azuki and beetroot hummus

For 3-4 people
240 g cooked azuki
150 g cooked beetroot
1 tsp tahini
the juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of salt
A delicious, nutritious sauce based on legumes, suitable as an appetizer or even for sandwiches or to dress a pasta or other cereals in grain or to enrich a second plate.
Drain the azuki beans and rinse them.
Chop the beet and put all the ingredients in the mixer.
Blend until a smooth and creamy consistency, adding a few tablespoons of water if necessary.
