For 1 person: mixed vegetables already cleaned and cut into small cubes (red and yellow peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, eggplant, onion) around 180-100 g rice g-15 g olive oil-vegetable-garlic-cloves-salt-curry-Laurel


Saute in oil 1 clove of garlic, add the vegetables, sauté over high heat, sprinkle with curry and salt, douse with a ladle of broth and finish cooking (around 10 minutes).
