15 g fresh yeast
250 ml soy milk
250 g flour 0
150 g wholemeal flour
80 g brown sugar
50 g corn oil
orange 1
1 lemon
180 g raisins
200 ml apple juice
candy, chocolate (optional)
First, dissolve the yeast in the soy milk; gathered so the flour in a bowl and mix in the sugar. now add the soy milk and half of the corn oil. do you work for the mixture well.
