Vegan tacos

100% vegetable patties or sliced grilled seitan
diced tomatoes
yellow or red bell pepper, diced
red or black beans
sweet corn
some leaves of lettuce
chilli ketchup
Crumble the meatballs with the prongs of a fork and let them heat in a pan with a thin layer of oil; if you use the sliced grilled seitan heat them in a pan for a few minutes.
Cut into cubes the tomatoes and peppers.
Heat in preheated oven tacos for a few minutes (follow the indications on the packaging); actually are good cold, but also heating them become even more fragrant.
Fill the bottom fold tacos meatballs crumbled or sliced seitan and then add the remaining ingredients, ending with a slight dash of chilli ketchup.
