200 g whole wheat
carrot, celery, onion
200 g of tofu
500 g leeks cut into slices
extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper (optional)
breadcrumbs
Soak the corn in water the day before.
Boil the corn in water with vegetables (carrot, celery and onion) x 45 min. in a pressure cooker.
Drain and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, blow up the leeks in the oil and then add the corn with diced tofu.
Place in a baking dish greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and put some on.
Put in the oven at 180° C until it will be baked.
