Rice with artichokes

For 1 person as a main dish or 2 people as a first dish
150 g rice
1 artichoke
1/4 yellow onion
1 wine glass of soy milk
1 pinch of cumin seeds
1 pinch of pepper
salt and olive oil to taste
Boil the rice in a little water in pressure cooker clean the artichokes by removing the leaves and tough leaves end external (the inside you can leave), and peeling the fibrous part of the stem; soak in water and lemon.
