Seitan with curry

For two people: one package of seitan (in thick slices)-a spoonful of curry-a spoonful of arrow root (or alternatively the cornstarch, though less pointed)-a lemon-oil-shoyu-a sprig of rosemary-parsley
Pour into the pan with a little oil, curry and rosemary and mix well.
Heat, then add the seitan.
Cook the seitan a couple of minutes on each side, then place it in a pot.
Prepare middle glass of water, dissolve a teaspoon of arrow root and mix well and pour into the pan.
Add the lemon juice and a few drops of shoyu, and thicken while stirring.
Pour the sauce over the slices of seitan.
Decorate with lemon slices and parsley.
