Curried cabbage

1 medium-small cabbage
1 medium onion
1 pinch of curry
1 handful of raisins
5 roasted almonds
1/2 glass of wine
salt
extra virgin olive oil
Cut the cabbage into thin strips and sauté in a pan at high heat with oil, salt and curry powder together with the onion.
When is softened and slightly browned, add the raisin previously softened in a little water, and wine.
Let evaporate, stirring and add almonds crumble when it is already in the pot.
(I didn't, but I think even a few pieces of black olives there is good!)
