Vegan Provençal aioli

250 g of tofu to the natural
1 lemon
1 pinch of salt and pepper
1 tablespoon mustard
7-8 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
some basil leaves
Mix the tofu, chopped, lemon juice, mustard, basil, garlic, salt and pepper, adding the oil a little at a time until you have a creamy and smooth.
