Apple crumble (2)

Dough
150 g flour
100 g soy margarine
50 g almond flour
3 pinches of ground cinnamon
2 pinches of spice mix for cakes
80 ml wheat malt
grated rind of one lemon organic
Stuffing
3 apples
50 ml wheat malt
Orange 1
Crankset
Chopped hazelnuts or pistachios
a drizzle of maple syrup on each plate
Dough
Melt the margarine and pour the rest of the ingredients until the mixture is the consistency of the pastry.
Stuffing
Cut apples into small pieces and cook over low heat with malt, making dry well all the cooking liquid.
Preheat oiled 180° C, bottom right a baking dish, arrange some orange slices to cover the bottom, pour the baked apples and cover themselves with the dough.
Bake for 15-20 minutes and then let it cool.
Crankset to serve
Turn on Apple crumble and serve with the chopped hazelnuts or pistachios and a drizzle of maple syrup on each plate.
