Instructions

Boil the barley in water for about 2 hours.
Filter.
If it progresses you can refrigerate and next day heats up and drink.

In pressure cooker 1:12 for 2 hours.

Questa è la vera ricetta:far bollire 250g di orzo mondo in 4 l di acqua avvolto nella tela di mussola per 6h e mezza,coperto,con un piccolo spiraglio per il vapore.
