Oatmeal biscuits

1 cup of oatmeal flakes (or flakes of various grains)
1/3 cup chopped almonds (or other oleaginous fruits)
1/2 cup of Apple juice
1/2 cup of water
Soak for 15 minutes the oatmeal in a container with water mixed with Apple juice.
Eliminate any excess liquid, add the crushed almonds, mix and make little piles of dough about the size of a cookie (like "ugly but good") to be placed on parchment paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 170° C and cook 15-20 minutes.
In alternativa al succo di mela potete utilizzare mezza tazza di uvetta messa precedentemente in ammollo in una tazza d’acqua.
