Vegan semolina pudding

1 liter of soy milk
105 g semolina
100 g sugar
70 g of margarine
20 g egg replacer (but it's okay without)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
vegan biscuits
Marsala
Cook the semolina with sugar in milk for 10 minutes (if you do not use theegg replacer increased slightly the amount of semolina, 115 g instead of 105).
Add the margarine and divide the mixture into 2 parts, one by 2/3 and 1/3: the smallest add cocoa.
Take a first layer of white pudding, then a layer of cookies being sprayed with a little marsala, a layer of chocolate pudding, another of biscuits with marsala and finished with white pudding.
Refrigerate for a whole night.
