Short pastry
250 g 00 white flour (or white almond 150 100)
50 g of soy butter
50 g of rice oil
1 white soy yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar (optional, only if you prefer a bit sweeter)
Stuffing
jam at will according to taste
Mix all the ingredients.
Prepare the base of the pie into the pan and cover with marmalade to taste.
Decorated with strips of pastry.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes at 150° C, taking care not to burn the surface (the exact time obviously depends on your oven).
