Plum muffin

180 g margarine 100% vegetable
150 g caster sugar
1 pinch of salt
150 ml soy milk
grated rind of lemon .5
300 g sifted flour "00"
1 sachet of baking powder
9 pitted prunes
Preheat oven to 200° C temperature.
Melt mixing margarine until creamy, add the sugar and whisk vigorously.
Dissolve the yeast in a little milk, pour it into the mixture, add the grated rind, salt, remaining milk and flour.
Mix long and vigorously, forming a smooth and homogeneous.
In a silicone mold for muffins (which usually consists of 9 cups) pour the mixture in spoonfuls.
In the center of each muffin, enter deeply pitted plum.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the muffins will take a nice golden color ... do the toothpick.
Leave in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, then pulled over and let cool.
