200 g grilled seitan
200 g of smoked tofu
200 g soy sausage
40 g
800 g of vegetables (courgettes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
extra virgin olive oil
herbs to taste


Boil the vegetables al dente in salted water.
Put all the ingredients cut into cubes and alternated on a long toothpick.

Io non ho lessato le verdure prima, e invece di cuocere gli spiedini al forno li ho cotti alla piastra!(ottima quella con la resistenza anche sopra)sono venuti buonissimi!e al posto del sale ho usato poco gomasio.
