150 g dark chocolate, 75 g of margarine, 100 g sugar, 50 g of dried biscuits, 2 tablespoons rum, 30 g cocoa (for garnish)

Un'alternativa che mi pare non male: inserire in ciascuna pallina una nocciola tostata e, invece di immergerla nel cacao, ricoprirla con granella di mandorle, pinoli e nocciole.

se invece di servirli appena tolti dal frigo si lasciano a temperatura ambiente per un po', sono ancora più buoni.

buonissimiiii...vi consiglio in alternativa del cacao in polvere le scaglie di cocco!

Secondo me vengono più buoni con lo zucchero di canna...

Io metto un po' meno zucchero rispetto alla quantità indicata nella ricetta originale...mi sembrano più buoni.
Sono ottimi anche con la farina di nocciole, inserita nell'impasto e anche esternamente.
