180 g flour
30 g of cornstarch or potato starch
300 g sugar
2 knobs of margarine
1 dl soy milk
5 apples
25 g fresh yeast
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
Cut and peel the apples.
Cut into wedges and cook in a little water with two tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon, causing them to remain firm.
Dissolve yeast in a little warm water.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, starch, margarine melted in a water bath, the dissolved yeast, soy milk and a little cooking liquid of apples.
Mix until dough is smooth and free of lumps.
Pour the preparation in the pan oiled and floured, so you get a layer of approximately 2-3 cm.

Bake at 180° C for 40 minutes.
