Soy stew with potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks.
Chop the onion and fry in a tablespoon of oil with a clove of garlic.
Add salt and add the potatoes, stir briefly, then add a ladle of vegetable broth and a sprig of rosemary.
Cover the pan with the lid and simmer 10 minutes.
Aside from passed in soybean stew pan (already softened in water and then wrung out) with a little olive oil, a clove of garlic, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a sprig of rosemary and pour the white wine.
Add salt and let it brown for 5 minutes before you add it to the potatoes.
Cook another 10 minutes and serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
