Canapés with lentil pâté

4 slices of bread vegan
250 g of boiled lentils
1 tablespoon mayonnaise vegan
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt
pepper
extra virgin olive oil
parsley
coriander
2 cherry tomatoes
Put it in the blender, add the lentils already boiled mayonnaise, lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, parsley and coriander, then blend for a minute until creamy.
Preheat the canapés, spread over the mixture and garnish with half a cherry tomato and a little tuft of fresh parsley.
