Seitan escalopes with lemon

300 g seitan unflavoured
flour to bread
extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice
salt
parsley
soy sauce (tamari)
Cut the seitan in thin slices, flour and fry in the hot oil over high heat.
Add salt, add lemon juice and water to taste.
Reduce the heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Season with tamari and minced fresh parsley.
Serve hot.
