Seitan Marjorie style

For 4-6 people
500 g of seitan unflavoured
1 celeriac
1 bunch of asparagus
1 onion
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (or powder)
salt
After it is trimmed and cut into chunks, cook steamed celery root and then blend it.
Boil the asparagus and mix.
Chop the onion and sauté in olive oil, add cumin and curry powder, then add the celeriac and asparagus juice.
Season with salt and stir well.
Cut the seitan, thinly and add to vegetables, and cook until it is thickened.
