Hiziki seaweed with vegetables

1 cup of Hiziki seaweed
0.5 onion
0.5 carrot
soy sauce (tamari)
extra virgin olive oil
Wash the seaweed and leave them to soak in a cup of water for half an hour.
Clean and cut into slices the onion and carrot and sauté in a pan greased with a little oil for a few minutes.
Add the seaweed, cook for half an hour adding water to soak gradually.
Let it absorb all the water and before switching off, dressed with a few drops of tamari.
