Pears and ginger

1 tablespoon grated ginger
Mix pears, place them in a pan and cook for 1 hour and a half without the lid after the first half hour and half cooked add the ginger.
To preserve put in jars inside a freezer.
Combine the cream with pears and ginger after they have been kept in the fridge overnight.
