Venus black rice with nuts

400 g of Venus black rice
100 g walnuts
1 onion
1 cup white wine
vegetable broth
salt
Prepare the sauce with the chopped onion.
Add the rice, let it toast for a few minutes.
Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate.
Add the broth and continue cooking for at least 45/50 minutes.
Prepare walnuts and add to the cooked rice.
