Basmati rice with peppers and mushrooms

For 2 people:
200 g Basmati rice
1 yellow pepper
1 red bell pepper
200 g of mushrooms
1 onion
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil
Put the rice to cook in boiling water (usually you cook in 10/12 min). You can also do not salt water, but it's a personal taste.
