Artichoke quiche

For 4 people:
For the dough
300 g flour
4 tablespoons olive oil e.v.
1 pinch of salt
For the filling:
8 artichokes

Prepare the filling.
Clean the artichokes by removing the stems and tough outer leaves; exists and cut into slices, put them in a bowl with water and lemon juice, lest it turn black.
Peel the garlic, wash and clean the parsley and chop together.
Put the mixture in a pan with 4 tablespoons oil, leaving Brown and add the artichokes.
Add salt and cook over low heat with a lid on for about 40 minutes, pour a little water from time to time if necessary, and then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
