Brown rice with beans

For 4 persons: 200 grams of beans (optional)-200 gr of rice-1 onion-2 carrots-some Sage leaves-olive oil-salt-pepper-1 piece of kombu seaweed-gomasio (optional)
Cook the beans, previously soaked overnight, with a piece of kombu seaweed for about an hour. Add salt only toward the end of cooking, otherwise tend to become hard and be less digestible.
Meanwhile Cook the rice in boiling salted water (if you do not already have advanced already prepared earlier).
When the beans are cooked, drain and set aside 1/3 of the kombu seaweed and past beans a vegetable mill.
Make a sauce with the chopped onion, carrots, Sage and the kombu seaweed.
Add the beans, both those integers that those passed, mix well and finally add the rice. Pepper and season with salt if necessary.
Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil and, if you like, even a nice sprinkling of gomashio.
