Pasta with black olives

For 4 people: 400 g pasta (farfalle)-200 gr of soft tofu-2 tablespoons pitted black olives-olive oil-Salt-powdered saffron (optional)
Cook al dente farfalle in salted boiling water.
Cut the olives into slices and fry for a few minutes in a pan with a little oil.
Drain the farfalle al dente and pour into the pan. Add the tofu, crumbled with a previously fork, and stir everything together.
To make this dish even tastier, at this point you can also add a teaspoon of Saffron powder, stirring everything thoroughly.
Serve hot.
