800 g pumpkin floury-2 shallots-oregano-pepper-salt-rosemary-sage-2 teaspoons agar agar-4 tablespoons vegetable broth-olive oil to taste
Clean the pumpkin and cook it in the oven on a sheet of baking paper.
Let it cool and then blend it adding the fried shallots, salt and all the spices. Aside from making 2 teaspoons agar agar boil briefly in 4 tablespoons vegetable broth being sure to mix well before putting on the fire: then add everything into the mixture, mix well and bake for 30 min. at 200 degrees.
